SYNTHETIC MATERIALS

Fotolight delivers top quality in processing all kinds of synthetic materials. Bending, drilling, sawing, gluing, you name it! Our versatile machine park can take all demanding features. Fotolight analyses per project which production process will be suited to come to the desired end product.

Laser etching and cutting

Fotolight has 3 laser machines suited for different kinds of synthetic materials. One Trotec laser and 2 Sei laser machines. Clear acrylic panels are laser etched in order to function as a light source in LED signs. Large dimensions are not a challenge. Other skills are etching, cutting and engraving for light signs, displays, texts and even complete walls.

CNC milling

Fotolight is very flexible in processing all kinds of synthetic materials, wood and aluminium. This is a result of the presence of 3 CNC flatbed milling machines, a channelling machine and various scraper rolls. Parts are milled for different types of displays, supports, box letters and LED signs.
Strengths of Fotolight are milling of hard PVC and sandwich panels in order to create housings and claddings that can be constructed very easily. Moulds are produced for series productions and projects in which thermoforming is needed.

Thermoforming
