Origin
Fotolight was established in 1955 as producer of among others photo lightboxes in Diemen, near Amsterdam, in 1955. These so called “photo lights” were probably the origin of the company name. By ever changing demands in advertising Fotolight constantly broadened the variety of production materials and grew as a well-known Dutch name for production of advertising materials for A-brands such as Texaco, Holland Casino, Texaco, Heineken en Douwe Egberts/Sara Lee.
Due to the expansion Fotolight had to move to a bigger production facility in Zwanenburg, between Haarlem and Amsterdam, in the 80’s. At present day Fotolight still resides here, however has grown by means modern production equipment e.g. laser cutting machines, cnc moulding, sawing, bending, gluing, silk screen, digital printing and led development.
Construction-Display
Construction-Display is a company established on the same location as Fotolight. Because of our ever growing experience in synthetic materials we started this entity as prefab production company for construction materials. Products are produced in large series and then shipped to the construction site where they can be installed as a whole.
